Shipping information

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
• Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout please note expedite shipping must be requested before 11 AM Eastern standard

 

Return policy

• We offer a 14 day window for unworn items with tags still intact
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tagged attached
• Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days
• Shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return policy and place a new order for the desired item
